Thanks to the financial support of individuals, foundations, corporations, community organizations and municipalities, NOVA West Island continues to offer palliative care, (cancer and ALS), as well as access to all our programs and services that meet the needs of vulnerable people in our community.
It is important to know that we are not a government organization and we do not receive any federal or provincial funding, except for financial contributions from the “SAB - Soutien à l’Action Bénévole” program. Luckily, our well-rooted reputation and community partnerships guarantee the sustainability of our healthcare organization, the retention of highly qualified and motivated staff and volunteers, and the maintenance of our Accredited with commendation status from Accreditation Canada.
As we experience and anticipate the growing need for our services, we are looking for like-minded partners to work with us to build trustworthy and supportive relationships by responding to the needs identified by the community itself.
NOVA West Island would be honored to become one of your partners in improving the quality of life for residents of the West Island. If you want to help us improve the quality, capacity and accessibility to care for the underserved populations, whether through grants or donations (monetary/services/products) or by sponsoring one of our annual events, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are available for informal discussions as well as formal presentations.
We thank all our donors who have supported us for so many years and look forward to building new relationships!
