NOVA West Island is a charitable, not-for-profit healthcare organization with a century-old history of providing comprehensive, compassionate, quality care to vulnerable individuals in the community.The primary mandate is to provide specialized care and support in the home to cancer patients during the course of the illness and particularly in the palliative stage.Other programs include bereavement support for children and adults, a cancer support group, adult day centers, home support services and foot clinics. NOVA West Island receives no federal or provinicial government funding and depends on your contributions. Please support the thrift shops (www.thriftshopsfornova.com) , fundraising events and the annual campaign. Individual, corporate and IN MEMORIAM donations are gratefully accepted.
